We ship your order through authorized courier companies for orders within the country. The delivery time for orders is within 4 to 5 business days. Please note that business days are not inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping & handling charges differ on the basis of product, volume, size, amount, packaging used and the shipping address. You will be notified the total shipping charges at the time of checkout after you have entered the shipping destination for your order.

  1. Bed & Beauty provides free shipping on orders whose total (price of the product minus discount) is above Rs. 10,000.
  2. Any part cancellation or refund of the order will invite shipping & handling charges on the remaining order.
  3. Bed & Beauty reserves the sole right to change/modify the shipping & handling charges for orders within India, in which case, you will receive a prior notification.  

Shipping & Handling Duration

All orders at Bed & Beauty are processed from our warehouse in Hyderabad. Orders are timely delivered to the shipping address entered at the checkout.

Based on Modes of Payment

  1. Prepaid Orders: Once you place an order, we will do our best effort to dispatch most products on the next working day itself. However, this depends on the product.
  1. Cash On Delivery Orders: We will dispatch your order the next working day after the cash on delivery order is confirmed. However, this depends on the product.

Based on Location

Within Telangana: Please allow 1 to 2 working days for your order to be delivered.

Metro Cities : Please allow 3 to 4 working days for your order to be delivered.

Non-Metro Cities and Interiors : Please allow 5 to 10 working days for your order to be delivered.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are not inclusive of processing time.
  • Items purchased together might be separated into multiple orders and might be shipped on different days depending on their nature. We respect your concern, however at times items may be out-of-stock or backordered. An email or notification informing the same is sent in both the cases, and an estimated date of shipment is provided.

What will happen to my order if i am not available at the time of delivery?

Our delivery service providers will attempt to deliver the package three times before they send it back to our warehouse. Please mention the complete & correct shipping address along with the zip code and a working mobile number. This will help us in providing you a better & faster service.

Which modes of payment do you offer?

For payment of shipping charges for orders within India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. Cash on Delivery is available on all the orders below 10,000.

Where can I check the status of my order?


To track your order, please set up an account at checkout. This allows you to log in and receive the most up to date information on your order.The status of your order depends on whether the products in your order are on Pre-order, mode of payment and on your location. We dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday, and it takes another 3 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Some products are on pre-order so please expect a short delay in the dispatch of these products. The relevant product page will have these details mentioned.

What if I need to cancel my order?

To cancel your existing order, you can place a cancellation request till 10:00 AM on the day following the date of order placement or until your order is in ‘to be shipped’ mode in your account. We cannot process a cancellation request placed after 10:00 AM on the following day or after the status is changed to ‘shipped’ mode.

How can I avail for a return?

To return or exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 7 days of delivery at (PHONE NUMBER) from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) or write to us at hello@bed& along with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address & a picture of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours.

Is my purchase eligible for free return or exchange?  

Your purchase will be eligible for free return or exchange if it is undamaged, unworn, unwashed, clear of all cosmetic marks, with original tags attached and in original resalable condition.

What is the return/exchange process?  

  • Once the return arrives at our warehouse and a thorough checking is done and if the return stands approved, we begin to process the return. The scan and approval of the return generally takes 2-3 business days.
  • In case the products returned are found to be worn, washed, damaged, non-resalable and/or without all original tags, the refund will be subjected to refusal.
  • Once your return is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged, free of cost. In addition, refunds may be issued in the form of store credit.
  • Please note that the full amount of the merchandise will be refunded in the form of store credit, except the shipping charges.
  • Return pickup and delivery charges will be added, for other exchanges other than damaged and wrong products shipped.

How many days does it take to process the refunds?

  • Processing the refunds takes around 2-3 weeks in general.
  • You will be notified through e-mail once your refund has been processed.
  • It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
